Enjoy the classical taste of Nyonya Asam Pedas paste bursting with flavours especially when cooked with fresh fish, without all the fuss!

š§ š§š¶ļø Ingredients / Prep:
150ml tamarind water (50g tamarind)
150ml water
2 wedged round brinjals
1 tomato
1 medium size fish (250g-300g)
Agak-Agak Nyonya Asam Pedas Paste (1 x 100g)
Ā š³ Cooking Instructions:
Mix Agak-Agak Nyonya Asam Pedas paste with 150ml tamarind water (50g tamarind) and add another 150ml water into the pot.
Add 2 wedged round brinjals and 1 tomato, simmer for 5 minutes.
Add 1 medium size fish (250g-300g). Simmer until the fish is cooked.
Add salt and sugar to taste.
š Best served with rice!
