Our Nyonya Masak Lemak paste is a combination of creamy and sweet with a pinch of spiciness from hot chillies. Try it out, it will be your familyā€™s next new favourite!


Serves:Ā 4 Servings

Cooking Time: 15 - 20 Mins


šŸ§…šŸ§„šŸŒ¶ļø Ingredients / Prep:

  • 1/2 pineapple

  • 150ml water

  • 110ml coconut milk

  • 250g prawns

  • Agak-Agak Nyonya Masak Lemak Paste (1 x 100g)


Ā šŸ³ Cooking Instructions:

  • Slice a 1/2 pineapple and saute with Agak-Agak Nyonya Masak Lemak Paste for 5 minutes or until it softens.

  • Add 150ml water. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Add 110ml coconut milk and 250g prawns. Simmer until the prawns are cooked.

  • Add salt and sugar to taste.
